Blackcat users can access bonus programs (cashback and reward bonuses) as part of the loyalty program provided by our partner, Baltic Technology Solutions OÜ. These programs allow you to earn rewards either on your balance or on your card purchases.
Key principles
One program at a time — You may be subscribed to only one bonus program at a time.
Optional participation — You can enable or disable the program in your app. If you disable it, rewards stop accruing.
Immediate activation — Once enabled, the program is effective immediately for the current period (subject to conditions).
Monthly accrual — Reward bonus or cashback is calculated over a defined period (typically from the 1st day of a month up to, but not including, the 1st day of the next month) and paid once per month, usually mid-month.
Minimum payout threshold — Rewards are paid only if they reach a minimum amount (e.g. €0.10).
Exclusions from calculations — Some transactions are excluded from reward calculations (e.g. ATM withdrawals, card-to-card transfers, payments to financial services).

Average monthly balance
The average monthly balance represents how much money you typically keep in your account over the course of a month. Unlike the final balance at the end of the month, it reflects your daily balances across the entire period. This ensures fairness: if your balance changes during the month, the calculation considers both the amount and the number of days you kept it.
The balance is calculated using a weighted average formula:
Average Balance = (Σ (Balance at 24:00 × Day)) / n
Where:
Balance at 24:00 — the closing balance of your account at midnight (CET/CEST) during each day of the calculated month.
Day — each calendar day of the calculated month.
n — the total number of days of the calculated month.
