Card Blocking in the App
If you suspect fraud or simply misplace your card, you can block it instantly in the mobile app:
Open the Blackcat app.
Select the card you want to block.
Tap Block card.
The block takes effect immediately. You can also unblock the card later if you find it was a false alarm.
Permanent Card Closure
If your card was lost or compromised, you can request full closure and reissue:
Block the card first in the app.
Contact support via chat or email.
A replacement card will be issued and sent to your registered address.
