The Buy and Sell functions let you instantly exchange between your euro wallet and your crypto wallets inside the Blackcat app. Each transaction moves money from one wallet to another:
Buy = transfer from your euro wallet → to a chosen crypto wallet.
Sell = transfer from your crypto wallet → to your euro wallet.
The exchange is provided through our partner Manerio UAB. Rates are sourced from multiple exchanges and fixed at the moment of confirmation.
How to Buy Cryptocurrency
Select your euro wallet
Open the app and choose the euro wallet from which the funds will be debited.
Go to the Crypto Service
Tap on the cryptocurrency you want to purchase.
Enter the amount
In the “Exchange amount” field, type how many euros you want to convert.
The equivalent in the selected cryptocurrency will be shown automatically.
Confirm the operation
Review the rate and final amount.
Confirm with PIN code or biometrics.
Completion
Once confirmed, euros are deducted from your euro wallet and the crypto is credited to your chosen crypto wallet.
You’ll see a green confirmation screen and the transaction will appear in your history.
How to Sell Cryptocurrency
Select your crypto wallet
Open the app, go to the Crypto Service, and pick the wallet of the cryptocurrency you want to sell.
Enter the amount
In the “Exchange amount” field, type how much crypto you want to convert.
The equivalent in euros will be displayed.
Confirm the operation
Review the exchange rate and final payout.
Confirm with PIN code or biometrics.
Completion
Once confirmed, crypto is deducted from your crypto wallet and euros are credited to your euro wallet.
A green confirmation screen appears, and the operation is recorded in history.
Key Details
Minimum amounts: Each currency has a minimum exchange threshold. If the amount is too small, the field will highlight in red.
Rate fixation: The rate is locked at the moment of confirmation, not before. If the market shifts, you can cancel and retry later.
No manual corrections: If you enter the wrong amount or confirm by mistake, the transaction cannot be reversed.
Processing time: Exchange is almost instant, but network congestion or partner processing may cause minor delays.
Common Issues
Inactive button: The Buy/Sell button stays grey until you enter an amount.
Invalid amount: If the number is entered incorrectly, the input field is highlighted in red.
Below minimum: The system blocks operations below the required minimum.
Connectivity: A stable internet connection is required to confirm transactions.
