Delivery options
When ordering a plastic card, you can choose how it will be delivered:
Standard delivery – free of charge, handled via regular post. Delivery may take up to 15 business days within the EU and 20 business days outside the EU.
Express delivery – paid service, provided by courier (currently DHL). The price depends on your region and is displayed in the app before confirming the order.
Once the card is produced, it is usually shipped on the next business day.
Tracking your card
If you selected express delivery, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to follow the shipment on the DHL website.
Standard mail deliveries usually cannot be tracked.
Reissue of cards
Cards can be reissued in several cases:
Expiration date reached – reissue is automatic and free of charge. A replacement card is sent to your registered address before your old card expires.
Lost, stolen, or damaged card – you can request reissue in the app. Standard delivery remains free; express delivery is available for an additional cost.
Virtual-only accounts – if your card exists only in virtual form, reissue will also be virtual. You can then independently order a physical card linked to it.
Important details
The reissued card always has a new number and details, even if it replaces an expired one.
The name on the card cannot be changed during reissue. If you need a card with a different name, you must order a new card (paid service).
Cards remain active until the last day of the printed expiry month.
