What Are Internal Transfers?
Internal transfers let you move money instantly between Blackcat accounts using the recipient’s phone number. Since the money stays inside our system, these transfers are immediate, secure, and free of charge.
How to Make an Internal Transfer
Open the main screen of the Blackcat app.
Select the wallet (account) you want to send money from.
Choose Internal Transfer.
Enter the recipient’s phone number linked to their Blackcat account.
Enter the transfer amount.
Confirm the transaction with your PIN code or biometric authentication.
The funds appear instantly in the recipient’s Blackcat wallet.
Limits & Availability
Always free of charge.
Unlimited number of transfers.
Available only in euro (EUR), since all Blackcat wallets are euro-denominated.
The amount sent counts toward your overall account transaction limits (e.g., monthly turnover).
Troubleshooting Common Issues
Wrong phone number: If the number is not linked to a registered Blackcat account, the transfer cannot be processed.
Funds not showing: Ask the recipient to refresh the app or check their transaction history. Since transfers are instant, this is usually a sync issue.
Limit exceeded: If your account turnover or transaction limits are reached, new transfers will be blocked until the limit resets.
Security Notes
Internal transfers are final and irreversible once confirmed. Always double-check the phone number.
All transfers are handled inside Blackcat’s infrastructure — no external networks are involved.
Your data and funds are fully protected under our security and compliance standards.
